The PhotoFractional procedure is performed in two stages with two modules of the M22 device (IPL, ResurFX)

• At the first stage, the doctor applies a contact gel to the cleansed skin. Selects two necessary light filters and parameters of exposure. Skin treatment is carried out by a series of consecutive flashes of the IPL handle with contact cooling. Two passes with different depths of exposure are necessary for deep and superficial correction of pigmentary and vascular defects, enlarged pores. Contact gel is removed and applied local anesthetic (cream "Emla").

• After removal of the anesthetic skin is cleaned with an antiseptic solution of chlorhexidine. Non-ablative laser rejuvenation (fractional photothermolysis) is performed with the ResurFX handle. The doctor adjusts the depth and intensity of exposure to selective laser correction to equalize the microrelief of the skin. Wrinkles, folds, thickening, and scars are worked on. To soothe the skin and relieve aseptic inflammation after light exposure, a soothing anti-inflammatory cream and sunscreen are applied to the skin.

Immediately after the procedure, the doctor may recommend injections and a plasma mask to enhance the rejuvenating effect and accelerate tissue regeneration.

The procedure is safe, the machine has all certifications and the doctors have undergone mandatory training. Minimal rehabilitation. Possible slight swelling and redness for a few hours. Before and after the procedure do not tan for 2-3 weeks, do not take retinoid drugs, do not use self-tanner, exclude cosmetics containing acids 2 weeks before the procedure.
